The ID725 exists for those applications where the ID1000 is just a little bit too big, and will maintain strict linearity at flow rates that will satisfy even the smallest engines. This makes the ID725 ideal for emissions compliant OEM applications while offering the high flow rates required for mildly boosted motors. With pressure capability in excess of 8 bar, this injector has found a home in many different applications.
 
From upgrade injectors on V8's running factory Ford or GM ECU's, to OEM supply on everything from emissions legal turbo kits to Noble's 650hp M600, the ID725 is holding its own with the ID1000 and ID2000 which have achieved near cult status in the motorsport community.

ID850 Injectors

ID850

The ID850 was added to the Injector Dynamics lineup to fill the need for a high flow injector in a small package. Specifically, GM’s LS motors, and various motorcycle applications such as Suzuki’s GSX, and Kawasaki’s ZX machines. With linearity matching that of the ID1000, and broad fitment options due to its small size, the ID850 is a highly versatile injector.
 
Most notable is the fact that the ID850 is the only direct fit high flow injector available for GM LS3, LS7, L76, L92, and L99 motors that is supplied with accurate characterization tables for GM PCM tuning. That means easy and accurate tuning, for a better calibration with less time invested.

ID1000 Injectors

The ID1000 was the first offering from Injector Dynamics, and was also the first to offer a number of innovative features to the motorsport community. This series of innovations and "firsts" have made it the most popular - and most copied - injector on the market today. With a maximum pressure capability of 7 bar and smooth response at low flow, this is a versatile injector that will be at home in many different applications. From high power high boost daily drivers, to NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycles and record setting turbo road race sedans, the ID1000 set the standard and marked the beginning of a new era in fuel injector performance.

ID1300 Injectors

ID1300

The ID1300 is an all new injector, designed in partnership wotorsport. This collaboration has given us the ability to design a high flow injector with characteristics specific to the needs of the motorsport tuner. The ID1300 was designed with alternative fuels in mind, and is the only performance injector available with all stainless internals. It is compatible with all known fuels, and will stand up to the corrosive nature of alcohol better than any injector on the market.
 
While the ID1300 was designed with an eye towards ethanol fueled engines, we have accounted for the occasional need to convert back to gasoline. The ID1300 has a minimum fuel mass compatible with gasoline use, and will provide exceptional idle and cruise behavior under these conditions. In addition to its multi-fuel capabilities, the compact body of the ID1300 allows fitment in 200+ applications, making it the most versatile injector in our lineup.

ID1700

ID1700

 

The ID1700 is the most recent offering from the partnership of Injector Dynamics and Bosch Motorsport. The ID1700 was designed to fill the gap between the ID1300 and the ID2000, and like the ID1300, it features corrosion resistant internals making it compatible with all known automotive fuels.
 
A unique magnetic circuit, resulting from a lengthy development program, makes the ID1700 immune to voltage and pressure sensitivity problems that plague other high impedance high flow injectors. The ID1700 excels at high pressures typical of current automotive systems, and will perform flawlessly in these applications.
 

Application Notes

The ID1700 was designed to be an all fuel compatible injector, capable of very high flow rates. As such, it will most often be used to deliver E85 to boosted engines, or occasionally, gasoline in extreme high horsepower applications. Neither of these applications requires extended linearity at low flow rates, and so this was given a proportionately lower priority during the design process.

The ID1700 will deliver flawless stoichiometric idle and cruise mixtures on E85, but like the ID2000, should not be expected to do so on gasoline.

If you need flawless drivability on gasoline, the ID1300 will provide this, and is capable of approximately 150hp per injector on E85.

ID2000 Injectors

ID2000

The ID2000 has set the standard for linearity and control in a large injector. Flowing in excess of 2000cc/min at 3 bar, the ID2000 will also provide a smooth stoichiometric idle on E85, and it will do all this while maintaining strict linearity up to 95% duty cycle at 9000rpm.
With a pressure capability of 9 bar this injector can flow as much as 3700cc/min with excellent low pulsewidth linearity, and has the broadest operating range of any injector on the market.

Aimsport MXL Strada

The MXL Strada makes a statement on any street bike or performance street car -- anywhere you need style, accuracy, and reliability without the cost or complexity of a full data logging system.

The MXL Strada is a digital dash and gauge, featuring a tachometer, RPM input, 8 analog inputs, 1 speed input, CAN/serial ECU connector, gear position indicator (sampled or calculated), and lap timer. The MXL Strada stores lap time data for on-board replay.

With standard features including a wide, fully configurable display, six configurable alarm LED’s, and backlight, the MXL is a stylish, powerful display for performance vehicles.

Street Smarts

The MXL can be interfaced (via CAN or RS-232 serial) with a variety of vehicle ECU's (engine control units) including MoTec, Pectel, DTA, MBE, EFI, Seat, Autronic, Bosch, Racetech and Carmo. Connect sensors to the MXL and it samples and displays data from those sensors. For example, you can connect a wheel speed sensor and get continuous reads on your speed as you drive. AiM Sports uses sophisticated data acquisition technologies in the MXL to make this process fast, accurate, reliable, and cost-effective.

Unlock the Power

Connect the MXL to your vehicle’s ECU and unleash the MXL’s true power: sampling and displaying dozens of channels straight from the vehicle’s nerve center, including specialized sensors built into the vehicle. This is often the quickest and easiest setup, needing only 1 cable connection to the ECU instead of multiple connections to analog sensors, yet it yields the most dramatic results. In addition - you can leverage your aftermarket ECU investment.

All of the features mentioned above come with the MXL Strada model. The MXL Pista model adds on 8 MB of memory for hours of data logging. With data logging, you can download the logged data to your PC for analysis. Compare different vehicle setups, tracks - even different drivers - and get the most from your practice sessions. Look back through detailed race day logs to identify winning performance techniques - or, learn from less than stellar performances. In addition, the MXL Pista features a built in G-sensor (accelerometer) for creating track maps.

For the high-end, engineering-minded driver or technician, the MXL Pro model has all of the Pista features and adds on 2 Deutsch connectors, a total of 4 speed inputs, a total of 16 MB of memory, a total of 12 analog inputs, and CAN protocol for expansion modules.

Motec M800 Engine Control Unit

The M800 is our flagship Engine Controller. It is capable of 8 High Flow injectors in sequential mode operation like the M48. It has 8 auxiliary outputs, 10 auxiliary Inputs and 1Mb of logging memory. Unused Ignition or injector drives may be used for additional output features. M800 offers 2 Lambda inputs which allow control of the Air Fuel Ratio Bank to Bank. The M800 is the first ECU in the industry offering the fully variable cam control option and Drive by Wire. Twin Turbocharged Big Block Chevrolets have produced over 3300 Horsepower using the M800 for precise fuel delivery. Advanced Functions are standard and include Traction Control, Anti-lag, Gear Change cut and High Low Injection.

Motec SDL

The SDL can be purchased as a display-only dash or as a combined dash logger with an impressive 8Mb of memory, and because each unit has data logging capability built in, display-only SDLs can be upgraded at any time via password, allowing customers to take advantage of MoTeCs data acquisition expertise at their convenience.

As a display, the compact and lightweight Sport Dash is a clever alternative to the multitude of gauges many drivers rely on to monitor parameters such as speed, RPM, boost and all the vital temperatures and pressures. The screen layout and units of measurement (e.g. imperial vs metric) are user-defined to suit individual preferences, while an optional, adjustable backlight ensures suitability for all driving conditions. To keep things running smoothly under the bonnet, fully programmable warning alarms can be set to alert drivers to such dangers as low oil pressure, high engine temperature and low fuel level. The SDL can also be configured to activate warning lights and shift lights.

With logging enabled, the unit becomes a powerful tool to analyse and improve vehicle performance, enabling users to fine tune race setup, tweak engine performance and develop faster driving techniques. With an in-built lateral G sensor, the SDL makes Track Mapping easy, and for instant feedback behind the wheel, a live Laptime Gain/Loss feature allows the driver to see at a glance how their current time compares with their fastest on file.

Data can be logged at up to 200 samples per second then quickly downloaded via USB for comprehensive analysis. Just like its big brother, the ADL2, the new SDL uses MoTeC's exclusive Interpreter software - the same analysis program used by championship winners and record holders worldwide. An optional Pro Analysis upgrade delivers an extensive package of advanced tools including XY plots, multiple overlays, maths functions, rainbow mapping and lap reports/statistics.

Mindful of those new to data acquisition, MoTeC has designed custom set up software, Sport Dash Manager, with a simplified interface to keep the configuration process straightforward and user-friendly. As with all MoTeC products, the software is free of charge and when new versions are released online, users can download them at no cost.

The Sport Dash Logger is equipped with CAN and RS232 communications and comes standard with a 37 pin military spec connector. An optional Wideband Lambda input allows users to log air fuel mixtures and, when combined with a MoTeC E888 expansion module, the SDL provides additional scope to measure eight exhaust gas temperatures, making it ideal for high performance V8 applications such as drag racing.

The M600 is similar to our M400 ECU. It is specialized for 6 cylinder/3 rotor Engines. M600 uses our Windows based ECU Manager software and features 6 Injector drives, 6 Ignition drives, fully variable cam control option, Drive By Wire option, Dual 5 wire wide band lambda option, stepper motor control, 8 auxiliary outputs, 10 auxiliary Inputs and 512Kb of logging memory. M600 offers 2 Lambda inputs which allow control of the Air Fuel Ratio Bank to Bank if desired. Advanced Functions option adds Traction Control, Anti-lag, Gear Change cut and High Low Injection.
